NYABJ is pleased to announce the success of our First Mentorship initiative, we have paired 85 participants.

The purpose of this program is to help establish a mentoring relationship that will provide our members  with the opportunity to realize both professional and personal development goals, as well as enable our organization as a whole to build talent internally.

 We are proud to say that the majority of our mentor connections have reported having an rewarding experience that has contributed to their growth within their industry. We will be accepting new mentor and mentee applications in the spring.
